Although I certainly don't qualify as one of them (my FJC was 1966) I had the pleasure and honor of attending the 2006 "Pioneers" reunion in Jean, NV. So much history! What a humbling experience! What a fantastic time! What an awesome, down-to-earth, fun loving group of skydivers! Frank Halcromb D-2747

Started skydiving in U.S.M.C.in North Carolina on 8/12/61 Lt. Bob Mathews U.S.M.C., D-118 was the club president and ASO. made about 300 and got out into civilian life. I left the sport to pursue a career and came back 26 years later and have been jumping and working in the sport since. Have about 2900 now and have never had to chop one. Don't know if that's some kind of record or not, but I haven't met anyone who has gone as long. I am knocking on wood like crazy as I type. I don't know anyone from back in the day who is still jumping that I knew. If you are out there, I would like to hear from you. Paul Mac Lean D-320
