I attended the 2008 POSPR in SLC but just found this site. Great pictures. The POSPR  reunion was a blast. It was like being surrounded by parachuting history. I just sat back and was amazed at the people that were there that made our sport what it is today. I started jumping in 1964 and was on the fringe of this era but met or knew of many that made it happen in the sport. I met many more in SLC. I jumped in Oklahoma and Texas for 17 years and met many really great people in the sport, many of which I have lost track of. Drop me an email. I am retired in Winter Park, CO

Started jumping in 1962 for the Airborne Signals in the Canadian Army.

Made first sport parachute jumps in Valcartier, Quebec that same year.

Started the Carleton University skydiving club around 1966.  Jumped often in St. Andre and in Gananoque.  Took some students to Indiantown, Florida circa 1967 and got them jumping thanks to Gene Hunnell's pr and "Pops" as Pilot.  Later jumped with Fort Myers bunch at Zepherhills.  Also jumped in one of the early collegiate meets in Orange, where I had a malfunction, necessitating a reserve deployment using the old system.  Jumped in Fredrickton at a Canadian College meet in winter where the DZ was on the river ice downstream from the bridge to Marysville.  Almost got lost through the ice.

Won an Ontario championship once in the Lo-Po category.

Gave away my Irvin Skydriver to the military museum in Nanaimo, B.C. in 2003.

Now retired in Costa Rica.
